I graduated in March and returned my student ID. Can I still use the student discount?
If you have graduated in the same month, you can still take advantage of the student discount plan by providing your commuter pass or graduation photos as proof.

When does the future booking availability start?
We typically open reservations for the following month approximately three month in advance. Depending on the season, this timing may vary slightly, but we aim to open reservations no later than three weeks in advance. Can I change my options or plan on the day of the rental?
You can make changes to your plan or add/modify options on the day of your visit at our store. Just inform our reception staff about the changes you'd like to make when you check in. To see a list of kimono rental options, please review our Kimono Rental Options page.
I want to change the number of people in my reservation.
You cannot change the number of reservations only. Therefore, please cancel your existing reservation and make a new one. Please see the reservation confirmation and cancellation page for more information.
I don't know my reservation ID.
If you don't know your reservation ID, please contact us via chat on the reservation confirmation page. Our system will search and provide you with the reservation ID. You can also use the chat consultation for searching your reservation ID.
I'm tall/short; can I still wear a kimono? (Female)
If you are short: If you are 140cm or taller, adjustments can be made during dressing.
If you are tall: Up to around 170cm, dressing can be done as usual. If you are taller than 170cm, the kimono may be slightly shorter in length, and the hem might also be slightly shorter.
I'm tall/short; can I still wear a kimono? (Male)
For men, we offer sizes from S to 3L, so individuals with heights of up to around 190cm can wear the kimono without any issues.
For those taller than 190cm, there's a possibility that the hem might be slightly shorter, but it is still possible to wear.
I have a large waist; can I wear a kimono?
There are no specific restrictions, but please note that our kimonos are available in free size only.
The ideal waist and hip size is generally around 105cm. Antiques kimonos are unique pieces, and there may be variations in size, making it challenging to accommodate all cases.
Do you have children's kimonos available? Do you offer services for Shichi-Go-San?
We do not handle children's kimonos, so we do not offer services for children.
Do you offer rentals for umbrellas, boots, or haori as options?
We do not rent out boots. You may use your personal boots (short boots are recommended). For women, cold weather options include tippets and shawls. Men's sets come with a haori (only during the winter season). You can review the complete list of kimono rental options here.
