Duration

The entire process, including reception, dressing, hair setting, and departure, usually takes 45 to 70 minutes. The time may vary depending on your choice of yukata and the season.

Reservation Acceptance Period

Yukata rental reservations are accepted from June to September. Reservations can be made up to 10 minutes before the desired date and time on the website. During the summer season, yukata and summer yukata are available.

Return Time

The final return time is 17:30, regardless of the reservation time. Please be aware that if you return your items after the designated time, an extension fee will be added.

* To use the student discount plan, you need to provide proof of being a student, such as a student ID or commuter pass. Insurance cards are not accepted.
* The hair set service includes the same options as the regular hair set plan.
* It's recommended to leave your bangs down, as everyone has different preferences. Straightening your hair with hair wax or an iron may hinder the desired hair set.

- QHow should I make a reservation if one person is a student and the other is a working adult?
- AYou can either make separate reservations for each person or book for two people in one plan and inform us of the changes on the day of your visit.
- QI don't have my student ID with me.
- AIf you have any document that proves you are a student, such as a school's homeroom app or portal site, it will be acceptable.
- QCan I use a foreign student ID?
- AYes, you can use a non-Japanese student ID.
- QDoes it include makeup?
- AMakeup is not included.
- QDoes the content differ from the regular Hair Set Plan?
- AThe content is the same; it's just offered at a discounted rate for students.
- QIs the Student Discount Plan available for male customers?
- AMale customers cannot use the Student Discount Plan. For non-couple reservations involving both men and women, the Couple Plan is cheaper and recommended.
- QCan I use hair extensions for the Hair Set?
- AMost hair extensions are heat-resistant and can be used. However, we are not responsible for any damage or issues that may occur.
- QWhat if I'm a certain height or shoe size?
- AFor women's height, most yukata have a length of 168cm. They can be worn comfortably up to 170cm. If you're taller, the hem might be a bit shorter. For women's shoe size, it's available up to 27cm.
