About Dressing

When dressing, we aim for a balanced look by considering height, body shape, and obi length. We also propose multiple color options based on whether you want a cute or sophisticated look.

For those who may find the dressing too tight, we check and adjust as needed while dressing (within reasonable limits) to avoid discomfort and prevent the kimono from coming undone.

We also provide guidance on using the restroom while wearing a kimono. For men, we instruct on adjusting the obi if it moves up or fixing the chest area if it comes loose, to maintain a neat appearance.

We inquire about the comfort of the strings used for dressing, ensuring that they are not too tight or uncomfortable. Additionally, if customers have concerns about their kimono, we actively provide advice and support.

When asked about the most flattering kimono, we consider the customer's facial structure, makeup color, mask color, and more to recommend styles that suit their unique features.

We also offer advice on using the restroom while in a kimono. Especially during hot summer days, we remind customers to stay hydrated and take restroom breaks to avoid heatstroke.

About Hair Set

For customers who may be struggling with bangs or stray hairs, or those who are not accustomed to hair styling, we provide advice. Additionally, we offer advice to customers who have recently colored their hair, such as lowering the iron's temperature, and provide guidance to those who are unsure about their hairstyle.

When doing hair sets, we adjust the height and volume of hair while considering the customer's face shape and head shape to create a beautiful silhouette.

After customers select a hair style number, we guide them, ensuring that "in your case, it may turn out slightly shorter than the photo" to minimize differences from the image.

Many customers are unsure about the direction of hair accessories, so we inquire about their photo-taking habits, walking side, and friends' positions to recommend which side is best for them, aiming for balance and symmetry.

Our top priority is to prevent burns. For customers who can't decide on a hairstyle, we provide guidance on the best hairstyle based on their outfit and ensure they are comfortable.

When handing hair tools to customers, we inquire about their dominant hand, confirm the tool's temperature, and ensure that customers are holding it below the position where we are holding it before handing it over, emphasizing safety.

When customers are unsure whether to place hair accessories on the left or right, we ask about their usual photo-taking side and which side they walk with friends or companions, providing advice on the best placement.

Even when the store is crowded, we strive to individually guide customers by making eye contact, not just providing general instructions.

To help customers relax and enjoy their experience without feeling nervous, we work with enthusiasm and a smile.

Although I'm still a newcomer, I aim to provide customer service that leaves them satisfied both at the time of arrival and departure. Since our goal is to make the day spent in a kimono memorable, I believe that creating a pleasant atmosphere during kimono dressing and undressing is crucial to avoid any unpleasant experiences.

A smile is a must. Even during busy times, we maintain a calm tone and speaking speed, avoiding fast and expressionless speech. While our faces may be hidden behind masks, we strive to offer a customer-centric service.

We ensure that customers don't have unpleasant experiences by listening to their requests while performing our services. For example, some customers may not want us to use sprays, irons, or curling irons, so we always confirm if it's okay to use them before proceeding.
