Rikawafuku Asakusa Store
My long-awaited date in Asakusa wearing kimono! I had a wonderful time in Asakusa🏮

Hello! This is Rikawafuku Asakusa Store 🕊️
This time, we went on a date in Asakusa wearing kimonos 🏮
We tried goldfish scooping, drew omikuji (fortune slips)… 💭 Please take this as inspiration for your next date plan!
We Used Rikawafuku’s Affordable Couple Plan!
This time, we used the Rikawafuku Asakusa Store’s Asakusa Kimono Couple Plan
With the couple discount, you can rent at the same price as the student discount per person!
For women, hair styling and hair accessories are also included 🌷
There are also plenty of men’s options, so you can enjoy stylish outfits too!
Choosing kimonos together is one of the best parts of the rental experience 😉
This time, the man chose a chic-colored kimono with an accent on the collar color.
The woman chose a kimono pattern that can only be worn at Rikawafuku. It has a large pattern but looks plain from afar, making it look both cute and elegant!
You can see other kimonos here:

Another great point about Rikawafuku is that you can come empty-handed!
Even if you don’t bring anything, you can rent everything at the store—super convenient 👍
If there are available time slots, you can easily book on the website even on the same day!

Perfect for Photos! Cheers with Cute Fruit Candy 🍬
The fruit candy is from “Fruit Kingdom” in Asakusa 🍓
Both the fresh strawberries and Shine Muscat grapes were very sweet, and the candy coating was perfectly crisp!
It’s definitely Instagram-worthy! Please be sure to give it a try ✨

Drew Omikuji at Senso-ji Temple 🥠
After enjoying the fruit candy, we went to Senso-ji Temple to draw omikuji!
It’s said that Senso-ji’s omikuji has a high chance of getting a “bad fortune,” but we got “great fortune” and “small fortune” 🥠
Normally, people tie the omikuji paper after drawing it, but at Senso-ji, only bad fortunes are tied!
This is because tying the paper represents “connecting bonds” with the shrin, so Senso-ji recommends tying it only if you get a bad fortune ✨
Even if you get a bad fortune, it’s important to take it as “it won’t get any worse from here” 🧐
Since it’s a famous tourist spot, definitely visit Senso-ji when you come to Asakusa 🚩
Do You Know You Can Do Goldfish Scooping in Asakusa?
At the entrance of the Nishi-Sando Shopping Street by Senso-ji Temple, there’s a shop for goldfish scooping and goldfish goods ✨
It’s a popular shop in Asakusa where you can enjoy goldfish scooping all year round!
For 400 yen, you get two scoops (poi), so you can have fun with friends or your partner 👍
We were both super focused—haha!
It’s a fun way to enjoy a festival atmosphere casually. Highly recommended!
