Required Time

Usually takes 30 to 60 minutes from reception to dressing and departure. The time may vary depending on the time of kimono selection and season.

Reservation Acceptance Period

Reservations can be made online until 10 minutes before the desired date and time. Yukata rentals are available during the summer season.

Return Time

Regardless of the reservation time, the final return time is 5:30 PM. Please note that an extension fee will be charged if you exceed the return time.

* We do not have facilities for personal hairstyling, so please come after styling your hair on your own.
* We recommend wearing a V-neck or similar inner garment.

- A Men up to 190cm in height and shoe size 29cm are accommodated.
- Q Can I use a student discount for the Men's Plan?
- A Student discounts do not apply to the Men's Plan. It's recommended to choose the Couple Plan, which is more cost-effective, even if you are not a couple.
- Q I am a woman; can I use the Men's Plan?
- A Women can also use the Men's Plan. In such cases, the dressing room is generally the female dressing room.
- Q I'm a woman; can I wear a men's kimono?
- A It is possible, but when using a men's kimono, the Men's Plan rate will apply.
- Q Can I get a hairstyling service for men?
- A Hairstyling services for men are not provided.
Features of Kyoto Men's Kimono Plan
A kimono rental plan designed for men. This plan is popular among friends who want to enjoy Kyoto sightseeing in kimonos. We offer sizes from M to 3L, making it suitable for larger foreign male visitors. The entire process, from check-in to completion of dressing, takes about 30 minutes. Female customers are also welcome if they wish. You can use our services without any additional items.
Includes Haori in Winter
During the winter season, a haori (kimono jacket) is included in the plan. On particularly cold days, we recommend wearing warm inner layers such as Heattech.
