From check-in to dressing completion, it usually takes around 45 to 70 minutes. The time may vary slightly depending on the time and the choice of kimono.

Reservations can be made online up to 10 minutes before the desired date and time. During the summer season, yukata and summer kimonos are available.

No matter what time you make a reservation, the final return time is 17:30. Please be aware that exceeding the return time will incur an extension fee.
