There are plenty of accessories and kimonos available, which might make it hard to decide. When choosing together with your boyfriend, the excitement multiplies, and you both get to enjoy the atmosphere.

Points to Note When Renting Kimono as a Couple
You want to show your cute side on your date, but keep in mind that wearing a kimono can take more time for mobility. Since the shoes are different from what you typically wear, just walking can become tiring. It's best to have some extra time for your activities, as it will allow you to select your favorite kimono.
Visit the Restroom in Advance
Once you're in a kimono, you might find it more difficult to go to the restroom compared to your usual attire. If you want to take your time exploring without interruptions, make sure to use the restroom before putting on the kimono.
Don't Tighten the Obi Too Much
Tightening the obi might seem like it would make you look more beautiful, but if it's too tight, it can become uncomfortable as you walk, potentially affecting your enjoyment. Be mindful not to constrict your stomach and avoid tightening it excessively, as it may cause discomfort during your stroll. At the same time, avoid making it too loose to prevent the kimono from slipping. If you feel uncomfortable, please let us know during dressing at Rika Kimono Kamakura Store.
Check Your Zori (Sandals) Size
Choosing sandals that fit you well is important to prevent issues such as them coming off or making walking difficult during your stroll. Select sandals that allow about 1 cm of your heel to protrude for comfortable walking.
