We rented kimonos as a couple in Arashiyama and enjoyed a lovely date exploring the area!

Rikawafuku Arashiyama where we rented retro-style kimonos as a couple and enjoyed strolling around Arashiyama 😌
I chose a simple retro kimono with a beige base and added some accessories for a stylish accent!
Arashiyama is one of the most nature-rich areas in Kyoto, with plenty of photogenic spots everywhere.
Although the wind was strong due to the typhoon, we still had such a fun time ♥️
We also enjoyed some delicious dango! You could grill them yourself, then dip them in sweet red bean paste and syrup — so good ☺️
There were so many great sightseeing spots in Arashiyama that couples can enjoy together!
The Bamboo Grove felt so unique to Kyoto! It was only about a 15-minute walk from Rikawafuku Arashiyama.
Walking among the giant bamboo was truly breathtaking!
The Kimono Forest near the Randen tram was also stunning, with a strong traditional Japanese vibe ✨
Recently, I’ve seen so many beautiful Arashiyama photos shared on Instagram, so I was really glad to finally visit this must-see spot.
I’m so happy we had such a wonderful trip to Kyoto ❤️
