From reception, including dressing and hairstyling, it usually takes 45 minutes to 70 minutes until departure. The time may vary depending on the time of choosing the kimono.

Reservation Acceptance Period

Reservations can be made via the website up to 10 minutes before the desired date and time. During the summer period, yukata and summer kimono options are available.

Return Time

Regardless of the time of booking, the final return time is 17:30. Please be aware that there will be an additional charge for returning the kimono after the specified time.

- Q If one person is a student and the other is a working adult, how can we make a reservation?
- A You can either make separate reservations for each person or book for two people in one plan and inform us of the changes at the reception on the day of your visit.
- Q I don't have my student ID with me.
- A If you have any proof of being a student, such as a commuter pass, it will suffice. School home room apps and portal sites are also acceptable.
- Q Can I use a foreign student ID?
- A Yes, you can use a non-Japanese student ID.
- Q Does makeup include in the plan?
- A Makeup (cosmetics) is not included.
- Q Is the content different from the Hairstyling Plan?
- A The content remains the same. The Student Discount Plan offers a discounted rate for students.
- Q Can men use the Student Discount Plan?
- A The Student Discount Plan is not available for men. If not a couple, it is recommended to choose the Couple Plan, which offers a better rate for both men and women.
- Q Is it possible to have hairstyling with hair extensions?
- A Most hair extensions are heat-resistant and can be used. We are not responsible for any damage, detachment, or other issues related to hair extensions.
- Q I'm ⚫ cm tall (foot size), do you have sizes available?
- A For women's height: Most kimonos have a length of 168cm. Dressing up to 170cm is possible and will look good. Beyond that, the hem may be slightly shorter. For women's foot size: Shoe sizes up to 27cm are accommodated.
